What You’ll Do
Monitor fiber placement activities, including both underground and aerial installations.
Conduct site inspections to verify proper construction techniques and adherence to design plans.
Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
Document progress, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
Support fiber splicing and testing operations (preferred but not required).
What We’re Looking For
Moderate technical knowledge of fiber optic construction methods and materials.
Familiarity with underground and overhead fiber placement techniques.
Preferred experience in fiber splicing and testing (OTDR, power meter, etc.).
Approximately 5 years of hands‑on experience in fiber construction or a related field.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
