Mortgage Protection/Final Expense/Life Insurance Field Underwriter

No cold calling, ever! Prospects request your information.

What we do:

We train agents to meet with clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family in the event of a death or disability.

We provide an abundance of exclusive, qualified direct mail leads to all agents. No cold calling; no limit on lead distribution or number of appointments.

We work exclusively with many top‑rated carriers offering Living Benefit protection, enabling agents to close deals with ease. No pushy sales.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States.

State life insurance license required. If not licensed, we will assist you in preparing for the Life exam (typically 1–2 weeks).

Clean criminal background (background check with fingerprinting).

Ability to build rapport and connect with clients over the phone/virtually.

Ethical, self‑disciplined, trustworthy, growth mindset.

Performance‑driven, entrepreneurial spirit, self‑directed/motivated.

Independent, teachable/coachable, honest.

Personable with strong integrity and willingness to serve clients.

Passionate about educating those who need help.

Compensation & Benefits

Commission levels: 70%‑140% of annual premium written per policy; more activity = more earnings.

Average advanced commission per sale: $500‑$600; total commissions average $750.

Part‑time agents (15 hrs/week) earn ~$35,000‑$50,000/year.

Full‑time agents (40 hrs/week, 4 days/week) earn $100,000‑$250,000+ per year.

Direct deposit to bank account; paid fast—some policies issued in 24 hours.

Monthly cash bonuses, incentive/performance trips, business builder and equity bonus programs, carrier bonuses.

Commission overrides for agents you bring into the business—passive income for life.
