Role Responsibilities

Inspect malfunctioning equipment and accurately diagnose mechanical issues. Devise a repair plan, secure the necessary components with the Parts Department, and collaborate with management and other technicians to confirm efficient and effective service.

Install new equipment or systems and perform routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance of the customer's vehicles.

Assist customers to understand their needs, explain diagnoses, and provide solutions to ensure service satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Document the repair and maintenance work performed, noting concerns encountered and creating a detailed service report.

Streamlined onboarding process

Ability to comprehend and interpret documentation; communicate effectively

Strong understanding and knowledge of vehicle mechanics, equipment and systems, and technology operations

Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations are essential
