Responsibilities
Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.
Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.
Requirements
At least 1+ year experience in sales and customer service.
Previous leasing experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be fluent in Spanish.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
