- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
- Match freight with capacity to ensure on?time, cost?effective delivery
- Negotiate rates and manage contracts
- Coordinate shipments through dedicated operations and dispatch teams
- Represent a brand trusted nationwide for safety and service excellence
What Were Looking For
- 57+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
- A transferable book of business with no non?compete
- Proven sales and relationship?building success
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self?motivation
- Ability to manage both carrier and customer relationships
