Responds to, manages and sees through closure client issues, if engaged.**What you will do*** Responsible for supporting the driving of revenue, balance and account growth within assigned territory.* Helps to create and deepen relationships with internal and external business partners within the territory.* Schedules meetings and appointments as needed with the assigned consultant community.* Interacts with brokers and consultants via email, telephone, and on-line meetings/events.* Travels to and attends meetings/industry events as required.**Skills and Abilities*** Requires understanding of health care benefit products and services.* Salesforce knowledge preferred.* Proven ability to prioritize work and requests.* High level of detail.* Strong Customer Service skills.* Must have experience with interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization.**Education Qualifications*** H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required* Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred**Experience Qualifications*** 3-4 years years of Client Facing/Customer Service required* Benefit consultant experience preferredThe estimated salary range for this position is $70,000USD to $78,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
