POSITION OVERVIEW The Visual Merchandiser supports the retail division by implementing visual merchandising standards and maintaining product presentation throughout the property. This role focuses on executing floor sets, window displays, and product rotations to ensure an engaging shopping experience for guests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Maintain merchandise presentation standards, including steaming, folding and ticketing products Assist with window displays and mannequin presentation based on provided guidelines Ensure that all products are represented on the floor and organized according to merchandise style and guidelines Support product replenishment and rotation based on inventory levels and sales performance Share feedback after product rotations, floor sets, activations and animations Conduct event setups, activations, and seasonal changes as directed Collaborate with store teams and visual leads to complete assigned projects on time Maintain cleanliness and organization of visual areas and stockrooms Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. One (1) year of visual merchandising and/or design experience in a luxury retail environment High school diploma or equivalent Additional training in art or merchandising is preferred Solid foundation and experience with retail operations concepts, practices, and procedures Strong knowledge of art, design, fashion, and interior design Must possess excellent organization skills and time management on sales floor and stock rooms Proactive, ability to work independently and as a part of a team with a sense of urgency Ability to perform basic/intermediate math skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledgeable and adhere to all policies and procedures, chemical labels, and other instructions as it relates to specific care of product categories Possesses a strong sense of urgency and timeliness in completion of projects Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
