Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid position for an Account Manager based in the Springfield‑Branson, Missouri area, with opportunities for remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and nurturing long‑term relationships, and identifying opportunities to offer tailored merchant services solutions. The role includes onboarding new clients, analyzing customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Customer relationship management, client retention, and interpersonal communication skills

Organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills

Experience in sales, account management, or business development

Knowledge of merchant services, payment processing, or related financial services (preferred)

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
