This role involves preparing fresh food items daily for members by following recipes and maintaining warm, ready rotisserie chicken. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness, assist with bakery orders, and balance multiple tasks while helping members. Your colleagues and customers should experience a positive shopping interaction. What you’ll do
Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively with teammates, and adapt to business needs. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan productions and mass productions, prepare for seasonality, follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines, manage inventory, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage their use. Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage high exposure and expectations, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, guide peers, and assist customers per company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, maintain enthusiasm and commitment, and advocate for the department and club experience. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans and the Open Door Policy. Completes work assignments by using policies and data, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners, prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
