Joining our detail bays is a great way to begin your career at U-Haul and learn on the job while moving up within the company. With the largest fleet in the industry, we need a first‑class team to keep our trucks and trailers looking great. The detail role is part of the Technician Training Program, providing classes from Ford, GMC and U‑Haul. You will also learn from many of our long‑time team members in a family atmosphere.
Primary Responsibilities
Clean and buff trucks and trailers.
Handle damaged equipment by removing decals and preparing it for sale.
Use industry‑standard safety equipment.
Work on a production line.
Assist in additional areas as necessary, following supervisor guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
Driver’s license.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Regular attendance.
