Axxess Holdings is seeking a Growth Equity Vice President to lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities within high-growth SaaS and healthcare technology companies. This role requires deep expertise in investment banking and private equity with sector specific focus, and the ability to independently drive deal origination, structure transactions, and oversee portfolio value creation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex deals, building strategic relationships with founders and management teams, and contributing to firm-level investment strategy. Responsibilities
Deal Sourcing and Market Analysis
- Identify and assess high-growth investment opportunities by conducting industry research and analyzing market trends.
- Outbound sourcing discipline with high-volume outreach paired with a strong ability to articulate Axxess Holdings differentiated value proposition.
- Prioritize deal flow based on strategic objectives of Axxess Holdings investment platform.
- Assist in the establishment, maintenance and growth of deal pipeline by leveraging professional relationships as well as the networks of the Axxess Holdings team.
- Cultivate long?term sustainable relationships with founders, CEOs, management teams, and ecosystem players to convert early conversations into investment opportunities.
Financial and Business Analysis
- Collaboratively develop investment theses, identify opportunities, and map prospective companies across priority sectors or subsectors in the high growth technology and healthcare technology space.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Perform company and industry due diligence, including assessing competitive positioning, growth drivers, and operational risks.
- Evaluate potential exit scenarios and returns to support investment decisions.
Investment Process Management
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for the investment team synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Direct experience in leading deal execution, including term sheet negotiations, documentation, and closing processes.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with legal, accounting, and other advisors during the due diligence and transaction execution.
- Track financial and operational performance, KPI monitoring, assisting in board reporting and decision?making.
- Support value realization efforts, including follow?on investments, recapitalizations, and exits.
- Assist the CFO with compliance related tasks for all investments.
- Partner with senior investment professionals to provide analytical and strategic support.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, such as developing industry?specific theses and investment frameworks.
Experience and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field required.
- Advanced credentials such as an MBA, JD, CPA, CFA, or similar designation are strongly preferred.
Experience
- 5?7 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity, preferably with venture capital or growth equity firms.
- Deep sector expertise in high?growth SaaS and/or healthcare technology verticals, with a proven track record of leading and supporting transactional execution across investment, M&A, and related deal processes.
- Experience conducting in?depth business and financial analysis.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including preparing investment memos and engaging with senior stakeholders.
