Direct Care Worker – Integrated Living, Inc.
Integrated Living, Inc. is currently looking to fill a Direct Care Worker position in Pontiac, MI in a personal home setting. The role is responsible for providing a safe, secure, and healthy environment for individuals with developmental disabilities while working towards the individual's goals, addressing basic health needs and transporting the consumer to outings in the community.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Assist with basic health needs.
Transport the consumer to community outings.
Help work towards the individual's personal development goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
CPR/First Aid (training provided).
Valid Michigan Driver’s License.
Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (preferred).
Job Details Job type: Full-time, Part-time.
Salary: \$15.05 per hour.
Expected hours: 20–40 per week.
Schedule options include 12‑hour shift, 8‑hour shift, evening shift, day shift, holidays, overnight shift, and rotating weekends.
Shift availability: day shift (preferred), afternoon shift (preferred).
Work location: In person, Pontiac, MI – relocation required before starting work.
