We are currently seeking part‑time Customer Service Clerks for the Sandusky Mall. We are looking for candidates who are detail‑oriented, independent thinkers, and possess a positive "can‑do" attitude.
In This Role
Represent Sandusky Mall by delivering high‑quality, efficient customer service.
Maintain a professional and well‑organized Guest Services area, ensuring marketing materials, signage, and displays are up‑to‑date and relevant.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions, offering assistance with the Gift Card program, retail products, payment options, and other mall programs.
Provide support to co‑workers and other departments as requested by the supervisor; actively participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving the center's goals and projects.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to Sandusky Mall programs.

Your Qualifications
Strong sales background with general mathematical aptitude and computer literacy in relevant software.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to learn and operate gift card issuance software (CardSpot).
Proficient in operating credit card and check‑authorization terminals.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma and 1‑2 years of customer‑service or sales experience.
Strong ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
Articulate, outgoing, and able to maintain a professional, pleasant, and courteous appearance at all times.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
