Job Description The Parts Specialist processes customer parts orders, status requests, and miscellaneous requests via email, phone, and SAP. The role demands absolute commitment to customer satisfaction through timely response, attention to detail, and assurance of quality for on‑time spare parts.
Responsibilities
Manage parts orders, quotations, status requests, returns, and other miscellaneous requests from customers.
Investigate and develop resolutions to problems that may occur with orders and shipments.
Work with other departments to develop cost‑effective methods to reduce cycle times and provide best‑in‑class service to customers.
Assist with follow‑ups on past‑due payments and collection activities when required.
Supervise overall activities of the department to produce products to established quality standards and processes.
Use current data collection processes to gather information for root cause analysis.
Understand design concepts and theories of operation of various product lines and variables introduced by product variations, collation, and transfer systems.
Coordinate final inspections and analyze assembly problems to determine the course of action.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus.
Three years of previous experience in a related field is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional phone etiquette.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and follow‑up quickly.
Ability to bring projects to closure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associates degree preferred.
Exposure to SolidWorks, EPDM, ACAD, SAP, IES, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Lean/Continuous Improvement experience is preferred.
Manufacturing background is advantageous; retail sales experience is also considered.
Work Environment This role is based in an office environment where great culture and team longevity are evident. The facility hosts 140 employees, with 80 in‐office and 60 on the production floor. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm, with flexibility. Five days a week in‑office is preferred, but there may be an opportunity to go hybrid once performance is demonstrated.

Pay And Benefits The pay range is $28.00–$28.00 /hr.
