We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating all aspects of the apartment leasing process to prospective residents while ensuring the highest level of customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage potential residents, providing community tours to highlight the benefits and amenities of the property.

Effectively market and lease apartments to achieve community leasing goals.

Assist prospects in completing the leasing application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately collected and processed.

Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the local rental market, including current trends and competitor properties.

Prepare and execute leasing agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Foster positive, long‑term relationships with current residents by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.

Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.

Manage lease renewals and communicate proactively with residents regarding their options and upcoming lease expiration dates.

Collaborate with the property management team to plan and implement resident events, contributing to a strong sense of community.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all leasing activities in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a customer service role is desirable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Enthusiastic, professional, and customer‑focused demeanor.

Availability to work weekends and during peak leasing periods, as necessary.
