Real Estate License Required State license required.
Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch.
Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
Consult with buyers, convert leads to signed buyer agreements, and identify homes.
Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers.
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
Conduct two open houses monthly.
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
Participate in team activities per team standards.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and partner calls.
Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes.
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You excel at building rapport, listening, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator committed to service.
Team player.
Licensed real estate professional.
3+ years’ real estate sales experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Learning-based, growth-minded.
Organized.
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
Excellent time management skills.
