Position Responsibilities
Handle a caseload of civil litigation matters
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft legal documents and pleadings
Represent clients in court proceedings
Collaborate with senior attorney on strategic case planning
Position Essential Job Functions
Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
