Senior Digital Banking Operations Representative
Chelsea Groton Bank is looking to hire a motivated and dynamic individual for our Digital Banking Department. The Senior Digital Banking Operations Representative assists our customers by phone, video, and at business locations. The role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and a customer‑focused mindset.
Responsibilities
Manages daily debit card processing including transactions, disputes, issuance, and inquiries.
Assists with Card Services to maximize interchange, increase card usage, and mitigate fraud.
Provides daily support to internal and external customers in a professional, effective, and timely manner.
Performs processing activities associated with digital banking services accurately and completely.
Assists with the development, implementation, and testing of new digital banking services, enhancing existing accounts and services. Conducts discovery and testing, prepares detailed reports, and communicates findings to appropriate parties.
