# Area Europe Modern & Traditional Trade Specialist###### Share this job opportunityFor our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Area Europe Modern & Traditional Trade Specialist to join our **Sales Business Development function.**By covering this position, you will support business development by assisting in the creation and implementation of **strategies** aimed at **driving growth** with modern trade customers and strategic channels such as clubs and discount retailers.
You will also maintain **partnerships with key stakeholders**, ensuring alignment on objectives and promotional plans while coordinating international customer community calls and touchpoints to strengthen **collaboration across markets.**
Moreover, your role will be to lead and manage **projects** related to **portfolio execution** and **channel development**, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
You will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, and Category teams to design and implement **commercial activities** that support overall objectives.
You will conduct **market research** to identify growth opportunities and monitor performance, providing insights that contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
Last but not least, you will **track results** and share **actionable recommendations** to support decision-making.You will bring your educational background in Management, Economics or other related fields with 5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing and/or **Key Account Management** within an **FMCG environment.**
Furthermore, you will demonstrate advanced **data analysis** and **negotiation skills**, combined with flexibility and a strong focus on achieving results. Thanks to your ability to interpret complex data and **engage effectively with senior management**, you will contribute to informed decision-making and successful outcomes.
You will also rely on clear and confident **communication skills** to build alignment and foster collaboration across teams.
Finally, you will bring your proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel**, with your **fluency in English.**
