Daily Responsibilities
Menu planning and development
Ensuring food quality and portion control
Demonstrating strong knife skills in the kitchen
Managing back of house operations
Overseeing food cost management
Required Skills
Experience in menu planning and development
Strong understanding of food quality and portion control
Excellent knife skills and culinary arts knowledge
Experience in banquet catering and food handling
Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and food safety standards
Nice To Have Skills
Experience in food and beverage management
Experience in cooking and catering
ServSafe Certified
Experience in cost management and orderingExperience in interviewing and hiring
Salary and Benefits Minimum Salary: $24.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $28.00 per hour
