TEKsystems is currently searching for a qualified candidate for a
Floating Bank Teller
with a Fortune 100 financial institution in Bremerton, WA.
Responsibilities
Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts and loans.
Assist members with submitting consumer, mortgage, equity loan, overdraft protection, and credit card applications.
Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services.
Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly.
Identify opportunities to cross‑sell products and increase product penetration.
Perform platform banking functions.
Assist level I team members.
Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services.
May assist with branch office vault opening, closing, and balancing procedures.
May serve as a branch office and/or ATM vault custodian.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Experience
1–3 years of relevant cash handling experience; banking preferred but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via e‑mail.
Excellent communication skills—client de‑escalation, composure under pressure, active listening.
Hours Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM–1:30 PM.
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Bremerton, WA.
Compensation $19.00–$21.00 per hour.
