Compensation Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $93,000.00/yr

Position Summary We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care and seeks continued growth in their professional skills. Our therapists evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to patients suffering from injuries, disabilities, or diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury. This role involves developing treatment plans based on medical referrals and individual patient goals. We are hiring at our South Sound West Olympia and Market Place clinics.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.

Monitor and document patient progress in a timely manner, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to improve recovery.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.

Comply with federal, state, and professional regulations.

Document all assessments, plans, procedures, and pertinent patient interactions via electronic documentation system.

Contribute to the efficient running of the clinic by working together as a team and assisting others when needed.

Keep all patient interaction confidential with the informed consent of the patient.

Qualifications/Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience, especially in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.

Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.

Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.

Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks in a high‑stress environment.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Work for extended periods at a video display terminal and use a keyboard to enter and gather information.

Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting and standing.

Work at the IRG clinic and be responsible for personal transportation to and from the work site.

Pay & Benefits

Base compensation: $80,000 - $93,000 depending on experience and certifications.

Enhanced compensation: Up to an additional 20% of base salary.
