You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, suggesting suitable items. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You are flexible and can work in any zone – Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom. You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. You assist your team and embrace teamwork. You act with integrity and follow AEO’s policies and procedures. Qualifications
You love interacting with people. You have energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have retail experience. You are at least 16 years old. Benefits
