Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Leesburg, VA. The role involves managing sales activities such as generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, showcasing products, and closing sales deals. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building lasting customer relationships. Some work from home may be accommodated in addition to on‑site responsibilities.
Qualifications
Proven sales skills including lead generation, relationship building, and successful deal closures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and providing exceptional customer service
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
Time management and organizational skills to ensure success in a hybrid work environment
Previous experience in commission‑based sales or retail is a plus
Proficiency in using sales software, CRM platforms, or related tools
