BayCare Health System is currently searching for a new Respiratory Therapist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to the community at Mease Dunedin Hospital. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

Position Details
Facility: BayCare Health System – Respiratory Care Services
Location: Mease Dunedin
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6: PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No
Responsibilities
Deliver Respiratory Care Services under the order of the physician and in accordance with hospital protocols.
Perform non‑invasive and invasive procedures with minimal oversight.
Conduct diagnostic testing and provide emergency/critical care.
Required Certifications & Licenses
RRT (Respiratory Therapy License)
Active NBRC Credential for RRT
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
NRP (Neonatal) – within 6 months
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Required Education
Technical Respiratory Therapy or Associate’s in Respiratory Therapy
Required Experience
6 months of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
Required Skills
Clinical skills appropriate to the position.
Computer skills appropriate to the position.
Team collaboration and communication.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving.
Advanced Respiratory Assessment and Evaluation.
