TridentCare is seeking a qualified Mobile Phlebotomist to provide safe, compassionate blood collection services for elderly and compromised patients in the Denver, CO area.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm (Full–time)
Pay:
$19.00‒$24.00 per hour (based on experience) plus mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities
Collect blood using proper protocol and technique.
Receive pre“olllected specimens from client.
Prepare specimen for transport to laboratory.
Transport specimen to laboratory.
Properly document all tasks according to protocol.
The Mobile Phlebotomist frequently works with elderly or compromised patients. The successful Mobile Phlebotomist will demonstrate the consistent ability to provide respectful, compassionate care understanding that these patients may respond emotionally to the need to conduct blood draws or may present the need for more advanced blood draw techniques due to their physical condition.
The work environment includes driving a company or personal vehicle various distances in all types of weather and traffic conditions. The successful Mobile Phlebotomist must be able to function consistently under stress and be highly safety conscious.
Qualifications
Entry level (no prior experience required).
Health Care Provider professional knowledge.
