Take charge of the entire estimating process, develop accurate bids, and strategize winning proposals. Interpret project plans and specs, coordinate seamlessly with skilled PMs, foremen, our owner, and valued partners. Support project management functions: contract review, submittals, scheduling, and efficient resource assignment. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring project profitability and excellence.
Your Qualifications \ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field—or comparable experience.
5+ years’ hands‑on civil construction estimating, with specialties in utilities, earthwork, or roadway projects (preferred).
Proficiency in HeavyBid, MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook), and blueprint/spec review.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
A motivated, detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for collaborative problem‑solving.
