Salary From $17.00 – $18.00 per hour plus productivity bonuses
Responsibilities
UPS/FedEx/Amazon returns
Complete RMA for returned product
Address incorrect returns or other received items
Process returns in timely fashion with quality completion by 12 pm daily
Communicate return challenges to Supervisor or Customer Service Representative
Process returned products for refurbishment and resell
Repair/Rebox defective or broken returned products
Quality Control Repairs
Assist with quality defect repairs
Complete recall repairs
Collaborate with logistics/shipping/inventory to prioritize the fixing of issues
Identify and carry out the most efficient process for each repair
Track all information related to each repair
Other Duties
Backup FedEx and UPS unloader – returns
Assisted with containers as needed unloading and stacking boxes
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Occasional assisting with organization of parts or pulling parts for customer orders
Other projects as assigned
