A Florida-based non-profit organization is looking to add a Compliance Specialist resource to their Compliance Team. This role is an entry-level position and will include lots of training and development. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing documents as part of a reference check regarding member's eligibility for scholarship through the organization. This role deals with analyzing validation documents such as proof of enrollment in school and other sensitive information. Key attention to detail and strong work ethic is required to be successful in this role. Your main responsibility will be analyzing the validation documents, however you will be involved with other parts of the organization and held to responsibilities as seen fit.
Job Logistics:
This role is fully remote operating on EST time zone. The role is a 6-month contract to hire. The pay rate starts at $16-$17/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k)-retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
