Act as the Store Manager’s right hand and support the team in delivering Windsor’s mission in-store. In partnership with the Store Manager, drive store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. Coach and motivate a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect. Qualifications
