12‑to‑18‑month contract Hybrid: 3 days per week required at 1401 East Broad Street In‑person interview 5+ years of BA experience in IT projects; IT software/application project experience required Responsibilities
Analyze, review complex processes and systems and break them down into manageable parts Identify root causes of problems, not just symptoms Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops Write clear, testable, functional and non‑functional requirements Prepare diagrams explaining modifications for technical staff and executive management Create wireframes or visualization examples (Visio) from requirements Manage user adoption, roll out new systems/processes, and assist with User Acceptance Testing Conduct system integration testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing Use Azure DevOps (TFS) for creating and managing Agile items – product backlog, epics, features, user stories, tasks and test plans/ test cases Apply Agile/Scrum (including SAFe) and Waterfall project methodologies Qualifications
Strong oral and written communication skills Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills Technical proficiency with enterprise software (Oracle, SQL Server) and databases (SQL), APIs and data flow diagrams Experience with business process modeling – swim‑lane and flow chart diagrams Ability to translate technical discussion into business language and vice versa Strong presentation skills and ability to negotiate priorities, handle pushback and resolve conflict diplomatically Global Candidate Requirements
