Senior Contract Administrator As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will collaborate with internal and external customers on receipt, review, and activation of all transactions – whether standard, non‑standard, or complex – for our Retail line of business.

Responsibilities

Documentation Review & Execution:

Review standard and non‑standard and complex financial transaction documentation to ensure legal enforceability and adherence to company policies, establish the company’s security interests, analyze documents to reflect customer intentions, translate customer needs with Commercial teams, and execute documents on behalf of the company.

Transaction Processing:

Activate transactions into appropriate systems for booking, funding, tracking, and invoicing; ensure data entry conforms to business & program requirements, company policies, pricing, and profitability parameters; act as last line of defense for Know Your Customer policies and regulatory compliance.

External Communications:

Handle inbound correspondence and inquiries from dealers, resolving first‑line inquiries about receipt, booking, and potential correction of finance transactions.

Problem Solving:

Interface cross‑functionally with Sales, Sales Support, Credit, Legal, and Operations to resolve pre‑ and post‑booking transactional, customer, and dealer issues.

Optimization – Process Improvement:

Work with senior team members and Contract Admin leadership to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, implement solutions for greater efficiency, and lead improvement projects.

Training & Development:

Seek and participate in formal and informal training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and value to the company.

Flexibility:

Provide assistance to other operational departments when volume is low.

Subject Matter Expert (SME):

Mentor and train new team members; coordinate activities at the direction of the Manager or Team Lead; execute standard, non‑standard or complex activities to ensure correct handling.

Quality Control:

Participate in the post‑booking audit process, reviewing and grading each transaction for accuracy.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline.

0–2 years of relevant experience in a financial institution, accounts payable, or similar financial operations environment.

Foundational understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial documentation.

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills across teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort working with financial systems.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Compensation Applicable Pay Range: $56,347.20 – $84,520.80. Pay may be adjusted based on geographical differentiation and other lawful factors.

Location Des Moines, IA or Wayne, PA (Desired Primary Work Location).
