About the Role Inorsa is seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsive individual to join our team as a Drafting QA Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance (QA), validation, and static changes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our deliverables. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and has a strong work ethic. Location : Austin, TX (Strong preference for in-office work) What You’ll Do Deliver end-to-end telecom drawings and support internal drafting standards (templates, CAD libraries) Test AI-generated outputs Collect and share feedback on drawing accuracy and completeness Review files in DWG, PDF, and other viewer formats What We’re Looking For Experience as an AutoCAD drafter, with preference given to telecom industry experience Understanding of telecom workflows and drafting standards Detail-oriented with clear, structured communication skills Self-driven, comfortable working with direction, high level of self-discipline Strong attention to detail Nice to Have Experience with 3D modeling tools like Revit, SolidWorks, or Inventor Familiarity with permitting workflows, GIS tools, and regulatory code compliance Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance & Disability Coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & Health Savings Account (HSA) Unlimited Vacation Days, Paid Sick Leave & Parental Leave Create a Job Alert Interested in building your career at Inorsa?
