The

Business Development Representative

plays a key role in driving BitKernel’s growth by supporting partnership development, client engagement, and strategic sales initiatives for our streaming technology and SaaS products. This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and ensure seamless execution of business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to grow within a global technology company at the intersection of streaming media, SaaS, and innovation. What You'll Do:

Pipeline Management |

Track and update sales leads, client interactions, and partnership opportunities within CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Market Research |

Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to support go-to-market strategies. Proposal & Presentation Support |

Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and client communications for new business opportunities. Cross-Functional Coordination |

Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Product, Marketing, and Legal—to ensure alignment and timely delivery of business initiatives. Reporting & Analytics |

Compile business development reports, pipeline summaries, and performance metrics for leadership review. Client Relationship Support |

Help maintain positive relationships with existing clients and partners through consistent communication and follow-up. Event & Campaign Coordination |

Support trade shows, conferences, webinars, and client events to promote BitKernel’s brand and generate leads. What We Require for this Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or marketing support (tech or SaaS industry preferred). Strong research, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft/Google productivity tools. Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment with global teams. Bonus Points for Candidates Who Have:

Prior experience in the

media, entertainment, or SaaS technology

sectors. Familiarity with

sales enablement tools ,

proposal management , and

data analytics dashboards . Experience supporting international business or bilingual fluency, English + Spanish. The pay range for this role is: 65,000 - 80,000 USD per year (HQ - Austin)
