About the Role
Our client is seeking a Communication/Distribution Specialist to support marketing and distribution activities across the region. This role is ideal for a junior–mid professional with strong communication skills and an interest in working closely with distributors, sales teams, and marketing functions. The job site is in Dubai. A relocation package is included for candidates moving to the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Support internal and external communication materials (presentations, product info, newsletters).
Coordinate daily with distributors and provide marketing assets and updates.
Assist in executing basic marketing and communication activities.
Help with logistics and coordination for events, seminars, and training sessions.
Collect market information and support simple reporting tasks.
Ensure brand consistency across all partner touchpoints.
Requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communication, or similar roles (internships included).
Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple small tasks.
Familiarity with digital communication tools is a plus.
