Junior Architect / Designer

Location: St. Louis, MO | Full-time

Experience: 3–8 years | Licensure not required

Salary range: $65,000 + per year (based on experience).

A growing multi-disciplinary design firm recognized for its educational, civic, and community projects seeks a Junior Architect / Designer to support an expanding St. Louis studio. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong visualization skills and a passion for meaningful, human-centered design.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts, renderings, and construction documents.
• Produce high-quality visuals using Revit, Lumion, Enscape, and Photoshop.
• Support client presentations and community engagement sessions.
• Research materials, systems, and codes under guidance of licensed architects.
• Assist with consultant coordination and document production across all phases.
• Contribute fresh design ideas during conceptual and schematic development.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (with architectural focus).
• 3–8 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools.
• Strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow toward licensure.
