Base pay range $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Role: Senior User Researcher, Insights Location: Fully Remote Client: A leading national healthcare tech company (to be disclosed during process) Role Type: Contract starting July 1st through December 31st, with the potential for extension. Job Description: The Insights team is looking for a motivated individual with a strong UX research background to serve as a full-time contractor. This person will be responsible for executing large strategic research studies among the client's target customer base. Specifically, this person will be responsible for: Working with the Insights team to scope and design complex studies across multiple audiences and data sources. Managing the full life cycle of a study (research planning, recruiting, fielding, analysis, and reporting). Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to drive highly actionable and meaningful insights to inform product and feature directions. Owning deliverables, specifically creating digestible reports that clearly communicate findings to non-research audiences (e.g. senior leadership, sales, product, design). Collaborating with other members of the Insights team to support knowledge sharing across the organization. The ideal candidate for this position is: A self-starter who delivers research quickly and independently, and takes initiative when they see research opportunities. A strategic thinker who can translate data into insights that address business needs A research powerhouse with a strong knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative UXR methods, and can easily identify when to use which - depending on the problem youre solving A story-teller who can communicate findings in a compelling, meaningful way. Required Skills/Experience: This person must have 7+ years of professional experience in User Experience Research related to software and digital experiences Presentation building skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and a good eye for concise data visualization. Experience with research tools such as Qualtrics/Alchemer, UserZoom, dScout, etc. Exceptional communication skills and ability to synthesize findings for both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
