The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining suitable mortgage loans by assessing their financial situations and guiding them through the application process. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals, managing loan applications, performing credit analyses, and collaborating with underwriting teams to process loans efficiently while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Loan Origination and knowledge of Loan Officer responsibilities
