Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and address their needs with enthusiasm and empathy
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computer system
Handle monetary transactions and make correct change when necessary
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Proficiency in data entry and order processing using computer systems
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Problem‑solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
Patience and ability to maintain composure under pressure
Detail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracy
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training!
