Sprouts Farmers Market is looking for a Produce Clerk to join our fast‑paced, friendly environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering an extraordinary customer service experience while helping customers make healthy choices in one of the fastest growing retailers. Responsibilities
Stock and maintain the Produce Department, ensuring proper presentation, facing, filling and organization of all items as set by department schematics. Handle, prepare and merchandize produce properly to deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Stock and rotate merchandise, including trimming, watering, and merchandising to ensure fresh, high‑quality offerings. Control inventory to maximize product freshness and availability. Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner. Qualifications
At least 16 years of age. Dependable, flexible and able to work a schedule that may change, including nights, weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers. Good communication skills; able to take direction and participate in a team environment. Ability to perform repetitious activities, multi‑task, prioritize and stay organized. Requires standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Able to walk up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift. Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA and weights and measures regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Benefits
