Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager Execute high-energy residential outreach to acquire new AT&T Fiber accounts and maintain professional relationships with existing customers in assigned territories. Conduct home technology audits to determine bandwidth needs and recommend AT&T Fiber symmetrical speed tiers that optimize the user experience. Manage the full account lifecycle, from initial professional consultation and service design to enrollment and post-installation follow-up. Utilize sales platforms to monitor account status and track territory penetration while ensuring all data meets AT&T quality and compliance standards. Educate residents on the technical benefits of AT&T Fiber, focusing on its 99.9% reliability and the low latency required for modern smart homes.
