UCLA Alum | Director of Operations @ TrueParity Position: Marketing Manager Job Description We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional who’s eager to accelerate their marketing career and join our dynamic team in Venice, California. In this intermediate-level role you will assist the senior team in a handful of key functions as our company pushes the envelope in the real estate technology industry. You will leverage your experience and skills to solve the challenges presented by a rapidly evolving market and iterative customer acquisition. You will manage and execute critical tasks in the creation of content, organization of key assets, and analysis of KPIs. You will sharpen your technical skills and become a pillar of the marketing team. NOTE: This is an in-office role at our HQ on Abbot Kinney Blvd in Venice, CA. Responsibilities Oversee creation of engaging consumer content across a variety of channels and media disciplines (video, graphic, blog, email, etc) Drive social media planning, strategy, production, and execution Manage CRM tools and dashboards to analyze lead conversion Conduct both paid and organic campaigns Perform market research and additional lead generation activities as needed Plan, manage, execute, and analyze special projects as directed by senior leadership What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years prior experience in marketing is REQUIRED Native fluency in English is REQUIRED Impeccable attention to detail, ability to learn new skills, and a “figure it out” mentality Strong skills in both the creative and the quantitative Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset Excellent communicator and writer; comfortable appearing in company videos Experience in media with a keen eye for visual composition Desired Proficiencies: Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), G‑Suite, Hubspot, social media fluency (native tools and 3rd party apps), major advertising platforms Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 Performance Bonus: Rewarding your achievement of important milestones Equity Opportunity: Be part of our growth and share in the company’s success Career Growth: Opportunities to advance as we scale Team Collaboration: Work in a fun, supportive, and high-energy startup environment Why Join Us?
