Responsibilities Own day-to-day management of social media channels for The Emily Hotel, Fora, and Selva, with strategic direction from the Marketing Manager Create engaging, on-brand content including photo, video, captions, and stories Schedule posts and manage publishing calendars across platforms Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community Track, analyze, and report on channel performance, providing insights and recommendations Scout and identify relevant micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers aligned with each brand Coordinate hosted visits, including outreach, scheduling, and follow-up Communicate internally with hotel and restaurant teams to ensure smooth and successful influencer experiences Requirements 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or hospitality marketing preferred Strong written communication skills and an eye for brand voice and tone Experience managing social media platforms and basic analytics tools Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or similar) Basic graphic design skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable juggling multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle brands Benefits Competitive pay and a Comprehensive Benefit Package Health Saving Account, Flexible Saving Account, Employee Assistance Program Annual Education Allowance Generous Referral Program Fun and collaborative company culture with lots of team-building events Friends and Family rates for Level Hotels & Furnished Suites, The Opus Hotel and The Emily Hotel #J-18808-Ljbffr
