Stock Clerk - Dietrick
Provides a full range of stockroom functions including receiving, shipping, issuing, ordering, inventorying, and storing products, supplies and equipment. Inspects and verifies all shipping and receiving documents and requisitions for discrepancies. Provides pickup and delivery services. Uses a computer to enter, track, and inventory all items.
Previous experience in and knowledge of a stockroom and warehouse, shipping and receiving, and inventory procedures. Experience making deliveries, loading and unloading product in a safe manner. Knowledge of storage/handling techniques and safety regulations. Skill in operating equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handtrucks. Experience with inventory reports and spreadsheets, requisitions, invoices, and shipping logs. Demonstrated knowledge of computers and calculators. Demonstrated ability to read, write legibly, weigh, measure, and perform routine mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate, work quickly, and work efficiently. Essential Personnel position requiring employees to report to work during emergency situations and closings.
The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check as well as a driving check with a safe driving record. Work Schedule: Varied to include early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and as needed for good customer service.
Hourly wage $17.75/hour. Up to 40 hours per week. Open until filled.
