Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely estimates for commercial construction projects Conduct take-offs and review construction drawings Manage pre-construction activities, including scope development and change orders Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project completion Generate punch out lists and review submittals Required Skills: Experience in commercial construction estimating Proficiency in PlanSwift and AutoCAD Civil 3D Knowledge of construction management principles Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints Strong communication and organizational skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Bluebeam software Familiarity with project controls and request for information processes Background in civil construction and structural design Company Information: America Powertech Automation Technology (APAT) specializes in the manufacturing of industrial equipment and system integration.
