clients near your home One-on-one patient care (no facilities, no understaffing) Paid training & ongoing education PTO and benefits (as eligible) Career advancement (HHA, CNA pathway support) High safety standards & supportive team Job Responsibilities: As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide, you will provide in-home care services following a plan of care developed by a registered nurse, including: Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care) Activities of daily living (ADLs) Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making Meal preparation and feeding assistance Range of motion exercises Assistance with ambulation and transfers (including mechanical lifts) Medication reminders Companionship and emotional support Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation to travel to client homes Compassionate, dependable, and patient Ability to follow a care plan and work independently Previous caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plusbut not required About BAYADA Home Health Care: BAYADA is a trusted leader in home health care, committed to helping people live safely and independently at home.
