Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. * Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting conversations. * Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows. * Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field is a plus. * Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively. * Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
