Temp-To-Hire Packaging Lead
We are actively recruiting for a temp-to-hire, first-shift Packaging Lead. We seek a candidate with previous experience managing teams and expertise in ISO and Kaizen within a manufacturing facility. Skills: Excellent communication skills Comfortable entering data on a computer Strong attention to detail Able to stay organized and focused Consistent work history - Prefer a candidate that has 5 years of packaging experience Duties: Provide front line leadership in the packaging dept. Ensure safety and quality are being met on a daily basis Training new employees and ensuring performance, productivity and the quality of the products. Focusing on training, warehouse and continuous improvement projects. All candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
