Government Services, Engineering & Business Account Manager at Insight Global

Insight Global is seeking to hire a Service Order Management Specialist supporting an international electronics group based out of Columbia, MD. This position will work an 8-5 shift Monday through Friday with overtime availability sitting out of Milpitas, CA.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries by researching and utilizing company tools and resources.
2. Respond to inquiries about the status of service orders.
3. Process quotes, orders, RMAs, and customer purchase orders.
4. Troubleshoot orders and document processes and work instructions.
5. Meet KPI objectives relevant to the department standards.
6. Work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Provide and maintain positive customer relations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with outstanding oral and written communication skills, basic computer/Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to provide excellent support to customers while working collaboratively internally.
