We are seeking a skilled
Senior Data Analyst / BI Developer
with strong experience in SQL, Tableau, and ETL processes for a 6‑month contract role. Candidates will work onsite three days per week and collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver data‑driven insights and reporting solutions. Engagement will be W‑2; C2C not available.
Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytics
Design and build Tableau dashboards and visualizations for business stakeholders
Support and enhance ETL pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across systems
Document processes, reports, and data definitions
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in SQL
Hands‑on experience with Tableau (dashboard creation, performance optimization)
Experience with ETL tools/processes
Solid understanding of data warehousing and relational databases
Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
Strong analytical and communication skills
